Extensive work experience in IT Telecom organisation and delivery of IT services (min 10 years of experience)
• Experience of delivery methodologies: Time box, Waterfall, and Agile
• Extensive experience in solution design, delivery and integration of Contact Centre Solutions for UK Telecom customers (min 10 years of experience)
• Experience in technical leadership of design and development teams (min 10 years of experience)
• Detailed knowledge in the following area:
o Genesys Product Family
• CIM v8+
• SIP Server v8+
• CCPulse+
• GI2
• OCS v8+
• GVP v8+
• Composer
o Oracle Session Border Controllers (Acme 4500 series)
• Ability to justify and take design/technical decisions in the benefit of the customer organisation
• Experience in leading teams located in multiple sites/geographic locations
• Exceptional communication skills and with proactive thinking

Nice to Have:
• BCS (British Computer Society) Intermediate certification for Solution Architecture or equivalent
• TOGAF Certified or equivalent
• Experience of delivery IT services as part of a managed service
