B2B Sales Executive (4103-BSE)|
£16,000 - £20,000 + Commission (OTE £25k+)

Our client in Solihull is the UK's largest and leading independent Telecoms and ICT service provider to businesses across the UK. They hold several Gold & Platinum partner statuses with major corporate 3rd parties and have won numerous industry awards for quality service and innovation.
It is an exciting time to join our client as they invest heavily in staff personnel development. They are currently investing in expanding their existing outbound B2B Sales Team by recruiting for 3 x B2B Sales Executive with existing experience in Outbound Lead Generation and Account Management.
The successful B2B Sales Executive will:
• Make Outbound direct marketing calls to prospects using the internal
database and CRM system to generate leads from existing contacts.
• Develop business relationships with decision makers and business
owners in the SME and corporate sector.
• Utilise fact-finding and questioning skills to gather requirements from
clients and understand their business challenges to provide solutions
that meet their needs.
• Set up and manage own pipeline of short, medium and long term
• Arrange appointments for business managers
• Meeting minimum monthly targets, negotiating and closing prospects
from leads generated.
The successful B2B Sales Executive will have:
• 2+ years' experience in a Sales Executive role in a target driven
• Previous experience of Outbound Telesales, Lead Generation, Account
Management and Cold Calling is highly desirable
• Be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, both verbally and written.
• The ability to negotiate to achieve and exceed daily and weekly KPI's.
