Your new company
Your new organisation is an NHS trust based in Chelmsford looking for a 1st/2nd line technician.
Your new role
Your new role will be providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to IT users within the organisation. Responsibilities may include the stock control and distribution of IT peripherals, such as, mobile phones print supplies, mobile memory etc and documenting records for them. As well as this, providing ad-hoc IT training to the users of the trust.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working within a service desk environment and the ability to problem solve efficiently. The role will include assisting people of different technical abilities and therefore you must have excellent communication skills.
