My client, a software company, based in the heart of the City is looking for a Second Line Support - Customer Specialist to join their growing team.


*Ability to provide a high level of customer service at all times even whilst under pressure
*Ability to empathise with customers and have the ability communicate effectively across telephone, email and chat support services
*Ability to prioritise support issues using documented guidance and common sense and strive to resolve them within Service Level Agreements
*Provide support and assistance to team members, account managers, professional services and development to work collaboratively to achieve results
*Manage, investigate and take ownership issues, seeing them through to resolution
*Strong ability to self-manage and work on multiple cases at any one time
*Exceptional organisational skills
*Supports others by treating them with dignity, respect and fairness
*To help document processes and guides and follow required company practices

Required Skills and Experience

*Experience in software application support

Ideal Skills and Experience
*Html and SQL experience would be beneficial for diagnosing issues
