You will need 2+ years HR experience preferred with at least 2 years of operations and systems work, advanced excel and powerpiont for reporting.
* Responsibilities

* Partner with internal and external teams (IT, Legal, People Analytics, Global Operations) to develop processes and align on goals and expectations
* Look for opportunities to automate and enhance our systems and processes to be more efficient without sacrificing the employee experience
* Provide support for other HR Operations related processes and projects as needed
* Provide data analytics and insights to enable better decision making within the Shared Services Team

Required Skills/Experience:

* 2+ years HR experience preferred with at least 2 years of operations and systems work
* Experience with Workday or HRIS system is strongly preferred
* Advanced Excel skills including the ability to create pivot reports, v-lookups, and charts/graphs
* Strong powerpoint skills able to create a story and produce presentations to illustrate.
* Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in fast-paced environment
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy
* Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization
* Ability to work independently, a self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction

* Exceptional problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident
* Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities
* Thirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements utilising technology
* Exceptional time management, organisational, prioritisation and follow-up skills
