HuntressGroup are currently recruiting for a self-motivated Service Desk Analyst to join a government body in Bristol. The Service Desk Analyst will be joining an organisation thriving in the market. The Service Desk Analyst will be joining a team run under exceptional management.
The Successful Service Desk Analyst will have:
* ITIL awareness and understanding, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
* Familiarity in preparing procedure documents and training guides.
* Helpdesk / Service Desk 1st line support where 60%+ 1st time fix is achieved.
* Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
* Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
* Experience of advanced MS Office support.
* Experience providing basic network and connectivity support.
* Support of Blackberry, iPhones, Smartphones & general Telecoms support
