Sage 1000 or Sage Line 500 Support, home based anywhere in the UK|
Sage Line 500 and / or Sage 1000 Consultant with strong support skills, problem solving and great 1st line customer service experience, for a home based role working for a leading Sage reseller who are now cloud based. Salary of up to £45k for the right person with the right skills, plus private health plan.
This position has come about as one of their Sage L500 and 1000 Support Consultants is moving on after nearly 20 years of service, so they are looking for a replacement person who can hit the ground running. Perhaps you are working in Sage L500 or 1000 Support at the moment, or you may be a Sage Implementation Consultant looking for an easier life in a role that doesn't involve travel.

You will also be expected to learn the Sage ERP X3 product, which can only be good for your future career. You will be good at getting hands-on with problems, resolving client queries by telephone, email and remote connection, well organised and able to work under pressure when the team is busy.
You will be the type of person who can talk about complex Sage Line 500 or 1000 issues with clients in a straight-forward, and easy to understand non-technical manner.
