1st/2nd Line Support Technician, Help Desk, Call Logging, Office 365, Active Directory - My key client based in Reading, is urgently looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Support Technician to help manage the client site and support remote users. You must be able to diagnose and resolve customer issues in an efficient and timely manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to prove that they can operate in a fast paced client driven environment dealing with multiple support queries at any one time.
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Knowledge of Windows 8, 7, XP and Knowledge of Windows Server.
- Good Network experience, TCP/IP, DHCP etc.
- Previous experience of working in an helpdesk environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010
- Good knowledge of Active Directory (group policies)
- Good written and spoken communication skills
