£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

This company has doubled in size over the past decade, providing managed IT services to a selection of private and public sector clients in the North and Midlands.
As part of their continued commitment to their customers they are recruiting for a Service Desk professional to provide 3rd line support to some of their key customers.
The business is a premier VAR working with best of breed technology and is renowned for their care of customers and ability to deliver. The most important aspect of the chosen individual is their ability to act as part of a team. The business had grown year on year and have extremely strong links with their vendor community.
You must have service desk experience in at least 3 of the following Technical areas including Hyper-V:
System Centre Configuration Manager
Exchange 2010 or 2013
Citrix Presentation / XenApp Server
VMWare in an enterprise environment
Additional experience in the following areas would be preferred:
Shared Storage (Dell EqualLogic, Dell Compellent)
Load Balancing/Application Publishing
Backup and Disaster Recovery
To be considered you will have the following skills:
Excellent problem solving skills
A clear and confident manner, both over the phone and face to face
Good knowledge of back up systems / Cloud / general networking technologies
Commutable to Warrington
