My client is expanding their application implementation and support team team for their procurement and finance product and is seeking an enthusiastic Application Consultant for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in their Hertfordshire office.

The role will be joining a well-established business services group who are passionate about their customers, as well as providing opportunities for employees to build their career. The company culture has a strong focus on training and development in a fun but professional environment.

About the role
The role is to discuss client's requirements then specify and build an environment to meet the client's needs. The role will also cover training clients on the use of the system as admin users and end users. Ad hoc consultancy and troubleshooting will also be required.
My client uses a modular finance and procurement system, which is deployed in organisations across the UK and Ireland with a small number of clients based overseas.

The main areas covered by the package are the following:
Purchase to Pay
Sales to Cash
Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
Business Intelligence
Asset Management
Document Management
Project Costing

Interacting with the clients and visiting client sites
Building the system as per the customer's expectation
Customise the software as and when required
Training the customer on the software
Assisting in Migration from the existing software to the new software
To resolve customer issues on time
To support client in handling the software till such time it is handed over to the customer service team

Your experience will include:
Experience of Implementation and application consultancy in finance or procurement systems
Good knowledge of Excel
Good communication skills
Use of Crystal Reports
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work for a range of clients from public and private sectors are various levels in an organisation

candidates MUST be willing to travel and, where necesssary, stay away from home during implementation project times.
