If you are looking for a fast paced, challenging role... You've found it!"|
Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer
This role is with a great company that specialises in providing hard FM services within schools, healthcare and community facilities.
The Job Role
The Company has a long term contract supplying hard Facilities Management to local schools to ensure that the schools are fully operational and nothing breaks. (Or nothing stays broken!)
This team will need a go getter who is happy to muck in and do their part whether that's the electrical area that you specialise in, or getting involved in mechanical maintenance and building fabric repairs. If you prefer to do your 9-5 and go home, this role probably isn't for you.
The client is looking to pay the successful candidate £32,000 per annum, along with a company vehicle (a van, not a Ferrari unfortunately) and a benefits package
The Ideal Candidate
I'm looking to speak to electrically biased people with M&E experience with 17th edition regs who have a record of reactive and preventative experience on electrical components/machinery across the buildings, and some mechanical experience too. You will have worked on HVAC units, chillers, plant rooms and general gas/electric/water machinery, and can do it with your eyes closed! You'll be the hero of the day if you can work BMS systems and fault find on them too!
If you are successful in this role in addition to your salary and package, you can expect a good amount of autonomy and a position within a highly regarded company with great career prospects. I'm looking to get the right candidate in to interview within the next two weeks, so feel free to send a copy of your CV to or if you want to have a chat about this role (Or tell me why you think you're perfect for the job) give me a call on (Apply online only) or (Apply online only).
