Our client is a leading provider of exceptionally high-quality and innovative vacuum equipment and has a portfolio of over 100,000 clients. With an established, global distribution platform the are one of the industry leaders in their field.|
The successful candidate will be required to support all functions with the manufacturing operations. This will include but not limited to fabrication, TIG Welding, manual machining, detailing and cleaning of various vacuum components.
This role is supported by full training and development as required.
You will be expected to:
- Have a thorough understanding of measuring tools such as calipers, rules and feeler gauges
- Have an ability to layout, position, and secure parts and assemblies to meet drawing requirements, using straight edges, squares, angle plates, blocks, clamps and pointers
- Have a flexible approach to work with extended hours and/ or weekends at peak levels
You must have a counterbalance license and First Aid Trained.
Experience of assembling Vacuum Chambers or related components isn't essential but is preferred.
