Job Title: Multi Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Mobile role covering Midlands; Birmingham, West Brom, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sutton Coldfield, etc.
Salary: £30,000 + vehicle + overtime and other benefits.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will be responsible for providing service, maintenance, breakdown and repair work across retail and commercial sites across the Midlands.
The majority of gas work will consist of commercial systems, however there can be occasional work on domestic systems on smaller commercial sites. There will also be pipework and plumbing involved in this position on a regular basis.
There may also be occasions where the successful Engineer is asked to perform general building fabric maintenance whilst on site, which may include (but is not limited to) basic electrical, wet plumbing, general basic mechanical and basic joinery work.
The Ideal Candidate
* Full complement of commercial gas (ACS) qualifications: COCN1 / CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1 / TPCP1A
* Have worked for an FM provider / multi-disciplined building services provider previously and be able to demonstrate maintenance skills outside of gas and plumbing work
* Strong experience of service, maintenance, breakdown and repair work on commercial gas systems
* Strong plumbing and pipework skills
* Be able and willing to perform various building maintenance including basic electrical, basic mechanical, joinery and general fabric work
* At least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
* 17th edition is highly desirable for this role
* Plumbing qualification (C&G, NVQ)
* Additional building services related trade qualifications
* Additional tickets such as First at Work, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness
