About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Mid-level Acquisition Analyst to provide support to Marine Corps Systems Command, Product Manager MAGTF Command and Control Systems. The position is located in Stafford VA. 

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expertise and advice on management and modifications of a Marine Corps system.
  2. Draft, update, and review program documentation, briefs, and presentations
  3. Draft, review, and update Business Strategies and Plans
  4. Monitor, review, draft, and update Acquisition Strategies and Plans
  5. Review, draft, and update the risk management program, risk registries, risk migration plans, and documentation
  6. Draft, maintain, and update Post Implementation Review plans
  7. Draft, maintain, and update Acquisition Program Baselines
  8. Draft, maintain, and update Cost Analysis Requirements Documents
  9. Draft, maintain, and update the Naval Probability of Program Success (PoPS) briefs
  10. Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and Integrated Master Plan using Microsoft Project
  11. Draft, maintain, and update the Acquisition Decision Memoranda tracking; monitor the Spend Plans
  12. Develop and draft Program Management correspondence
  13. Update and maintain the project's documentation website
  14. Update and maintain the PM Fact Book
  15. Develop, update, and maintain the contents of the MCEITS SharePoint sites
  16. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent are required.
  • Acquisition knowledge required.
  • Proactive team player with excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal, communication and technical writing skills and must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and to stand in for Government customer in his absence.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, United States Citizenship is required.
  • Position may require travel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps C2 systems desired.
  • Knowledge of program management desired.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules desired.
