We are recruiting an Operations Support Coordinator to join the team located in West London. The successful candidate will support all sites on the required aspects of engineering operational and technical support, to fulfill the contracted service level agreement within these areas of responsibility on time and in full. By ensuring a consistent operations support function with more effective use of dedicated resources the operational support function will ensure consistency and focus on action planning and innovation support.

Role Summary:

Supporting the Engineering Team with necessary documentation.
Supporting the Site Lead / Engineering Managers in ensuring site related change requests are captured and progressed.
Assisting with site reviews on technical (statutory) compliance maintenance
Co-ordinating with the control of all contractor activities and ensuring that they are compliant.
Assisting in the preparation for site audits and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
CBRE custodian and oversight of actions including Corrective Action Preventative Action's and Statutory Compliance.
Reviews on computerised maintenance management system.
Taking responsibility for CAPA actions as a result of quality improvements and audit findings.
Assisting with the Operational Occurrence Tracking of PM's that have failed KPI
Generating Root Cause Analysis' and After Action Review reports where requested
Experience Required:

Ability to effectively communicate with client and customers
Ability to work as an integral part of a team
Ability to work effectively across boundaries
Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively
Influences and impacts the account operational delivery
