My client are a constructor service provider dedicated to regenerating occupied buildings. They are experts in delivering small to medium value building & refurbishment projects across London and the South East. Project range in value from £1 - £5m

Job Description:

You will promote the company within their market place.
Actively raise the company profile to existing and potential clients ensuring clients understand the comprehensive services they provide.
Attending appropriate functions, conferences and meetings with clients at all levels within their organisation.
Ensure they remain on all relevant tender lists and increase opportunities for work by applying for any lists that they may not currently be on.
Ensure they are invited to tender for all appropriate contracts to include but not limited to the alteration, upgrade, conversion and repair, specialist and traditional new build, refurbishment & Passive fire protection within the public sector. All in line with the company Business plan.
Maintain/establish regular contact with existing and potential clients to actively build relationships at all levels appropriate to being awarded work. This should include but not limited to, on site Surveyors through to Procurement Managers, Directors of Housing, Consultants and Project managers for example.
Assist in the continuous development and implementation of the marketing strategy that will maintain and improve our current turnover and will contribute to achieving our objectives in accordance with the business plan.
Liaise and support the companies Managers and staff with their 'local' marketing opportunities.
Continually maintain a database of clients and contacts and maintain an understanding of individual client needs.
Proactively acquire of 6 million in tender opportunities per month.
Ensure a minimum of 20 client appointments are attended each month.
Maintain company presence in all forms of media as directed.
Any other duties commensurate with the post
