Due to exciting growth plans, my client is looking for an experienced Project Manager, with a background in residential house building to work in the Sussex/Kent areas. Preferably being located as close to Maidstone as possible.
Projects are typically non-standard houses and apartments

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
You need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, be able to build rapport with a range of people and work to high standards ensuring attention to detail. With experience in a similar role, having worked previously for a reputable traditional house builder, you will be accustomed to maintaining relationships with the NHBC, Safety Advisor and Local Authority Officers and work closely with them to ensure each property is complete to the standards required.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and motivate teams of people
Can adopt an organised and planned approach to keep to programme and manage an organised site
An analytical approach to project delivery and a good understanding of the financial aspects of running a site
Excellent time and project management skills
Able to take ownership, solve problems and implement actions
Have drive and determination to push projects through to completion
Candidates will be fully ticketed with CSCS, and SMSTS.
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of your successes.
