Regional Vice President - Heavy Side Building Material |
Location - Cleveland, Ohio
Salary - $165 USD - $190 USD + Attractive Package
*Mackenzie Stuart are working with a leading Heavy Side Building Materials distributor operating across the United States. This business is currently looking to enlist the expertise of a proven Regional Vice President to build on the continued success of the Ohio Division implementing a strategic plan to expand the regions market improving efficiency and increasing the regions revenue.
* Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Regional Vice President will be responsible for achieving company vision increasing productivity in current markets and expanding into new markets.
*Oversee program operations and day to day leadership of regional managers to provide them with guidance, strategies for regional growth, and operational assistance.
*Play an active role in the hiring of new regional managers, and implement company strategy and training to maximise operational effectiveness to ensure the achievement of regional goals and performance benchmarks.
*Help build strategic partnerships in new and existing regions to maximise productivity and efficiency to ensure regional goals are achieved.
*Support senior leadership team and regional coordinators to make consistent and progressive steps towards regional targets.
*Enhance organisational excellence by establishing benchmarks, timelines and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, proactively recommending areas for improvement where necessary.
*Bachelors degree required; at least 10 years of professional experience in general management role of a successful sales division.
*A successful track record in setting priorities, shaping processes, guiding investment in people and systems, and implementing a successful strategy to create a stronger and more efficient organisation.
*Extensive experience in project management; able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and targets.
*Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a natural ability to balance, negotiate, and worth with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
*Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to achieving company targets and goals.
*Constantly seeking areas for regional improvement keeping a close eye on regional efficiency and productivity.
