Customer Communications Manager|
Based in Port Solent
Monday - Friday rolling shift pattern between 08.00 - 18.00
This position can start immediately so little or no notice period is desirable
Wild Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading company within its industry who are seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow business relationships with their existing customer accounts.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Building rapport with customers.
* Understanding customer requirements and promoting other products and solutions to meet the customer needs.
* Accurate data capture and inputting orders into the system.
* Communicating to customers via telephone, email, written correspondence and occasionally face to face.
* Any other general administrative duties.
Experience & Skill set:
* B2B Account Management experience is desirable.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent computer skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience of working to targets.
