Our client are a young and diverse, rapidly expanding Financial Services Provider who recently released and looking to bring on board a brand new IT Delivery Team Leader to help them achieve their massive growth plans with a chance to progress within the role.


This IT Delivery Leader will manage and where required implement information technology services for our client. They will lead the day to day service delivery for all suppliers of IT services and manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. They will be responsible for performing IT related tasks at all levels and leading where appropriate IT related change. They will ensure services delivered meet current and future needs of our client and work closely with all levels of the business.


To manage our clients outsourced IT suppliers including delivery of IT systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, quality management are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service levels are met and results delivered. Specifically:

- Hold to account all suppliers for service delivery ensuring that quality drives delivery
- Manage costs and budget of suppliers
- Report on service delivery and plans
- Communicate to all stakeholders regularly of progress vs. service delivery and plans


- Highly computer literate; with Business Analysis skills;
- Ability to translate organisational direction into specific team and individual job expectations;
- Managing performance through effective monitoring, coaching, and feedback;
- Resource management — has skills to Influence results through appropriate supplier management, staffing, budgetary management and maximization of available resources;
- Demonstrably effective at providing timely, concise, audience-appropriate information orally and in writing

- Relevant degree and evidence of continuous professional development in an IT role;
- Demonstrable experience and evidence of success in an information management role with multiple stakeholder groups;
- Knowledge of CRM data and database systems;
- Understanding of data security and other compliance responsibilities;
- Experience of commissioning services from third parties and managing relationships with suppliers and contractors;


- ITIL qualification
- Previous experience of working in the Financial Services sector
- Experience of presenting to boards and executive teams
