Support Manager / Technical Support Manager required by expanding Applications Platform Provider based in central London.|
You will use your man management skills to lead the team, currently a team of 4. You will also grow the team and implement a 24X7 support structure for their global customer base. This will include defining SLAs, customer meetings, managing the support helpdesk/service desk, creating and measuring KPIs as well as recruitment.
You will also be the technical mentor for the team so a background including some of the following ideal:
- Windows server
- SQL Server, scripting, networking
- MS Azure / AWS
- iOS and Android
You will have a proven man management background, strong relationship, service and documentation skills. ITIL would be great.
Ideally you will have worked in a technology, software development, SaaS or cloud company and understand the software support and development process.
