My client is looking for someone to join their team in Wimborne. This once in a fantastic opportunity for a graduate, offering training, wanting to grow and develop a graduate to have a long and successful career with the company.

The main role for this position is to support and conduct verification and validation activities to maintain the Instrumentation across the fleet of civil Nuclear power stations in the UK. Initially the employee will be required to support the verification and validation exercises on documentation (reports, drawings, test data), and once more suitably qualified and experienced, conduct verification and validation tasks independently. My client is aware that this is a niche area, and successful applicants will therefore have to complete self-study as well as receiving in-house training.

On offer for this fantastic Graduate Project Engineer opportunity based in Wimborne is a highly competitive salary (to be discussed at application stage).

My client is looking for a Physics/Mathematics/Engineering Graduate who has studied at least three of the following modules:
* Nuclear Physics
* Radiation Physics
* Mechanical Engineering
* Material Science
* Metallurgy
* Welding/ Brazing
* Vacuum Systems
* Gas and Ionisation physics
* Signal Processing
* Analogue Electronics
* Applied Mathematics

As well as having:
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Good team and independent skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Programming/Mathematical modelling experience

Successful applicants will have to be eligible for SC (Security Clarence).
