BMS Control Specialist - Doncaster (office based)|
£31,831 - £43,066 + Excellent Benefit package
40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a BMS Control Specialist's to join our technical services team on a permanent basis in Doncaster. To act as the first line of support for BMS related issues (Trend, WEMS) to BTFS colleagues and to be proactive in resolving faults/issues and improving the system operation.
•Act as support function for all BMS related faults for diagnosis, remote fix, or issuing reactive/remedial jobs to BTFS teams or BMS Contractor.
•Supporting on site colleagues to diagnose/fix faults,
•Complete remote planned maintenance routines,
•raising and assigning Remedial works relating to BMS systems
•Provide alarm reporting analysis and resolution on BMS parameters to identify and rectify problems, ideally before the site reports a fault/job
•Provide and maintain reporting for BTFS Senior Energy Manager in relation to BMS systems, equipment replacement, policy management, training and development, and other day to day work throughout the Estate.
•Strong knowledge of Trend and other BMS systems
•Strong Mechanical Engineering background
•Knowledge of how BMS controls relate to physical HVAC to aid systems/sensor faults/failures and diagnosis of issues
•Qualifications such as City and Guilds, HNC, ONC or equivalent.
•Good communication skills
