The role will incorporate business development as a specific area for growth as well as keeping a focus on our core business proposition, water utilities, rotating plant service, repair or replacement, whilst also selling our site services and fabrication specialism.|
Key Candidate Skills
Must have drive and enthusiasm, provide a pragmatic and structured approach with honesty and integrity and be able to demonstrate skills that include Sales and Territory Management and Business Development.
The person would be responsible for the growth strategy from concept to continuous development and would liaise with all stake holders and partners, reporting directly to the Branch Manager.
The role will require candidates to nurture strong working relationships, managing and interpreting customer needs and influencing new and existing clients to always select our diverse products and services.
Day to day tasks will include calculating client quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms, administering client accounts, analysing costs and sales and preparing reports for branch manager, meeting regular sales targets, recording and maintaining client contact data and solving client problems whilst liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Core skills must include excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills and IT Literacy. You must have a full UK driving license and an electro / mechanical engineering background with a strong orientation in motors would be an advantage
