A market leading manufacturer is recruiting NOW for a Hydraulics Engineer to join their facility near Loughborough. In return for working a Monday to Friday 3 shift pattern a competitive salary of £36,000 plus pension and family healthcare is offered. The Hydraulics Engineer will be apprentice trained (or equivalent) and will have a strong proven track record in installing new hydraulic systems and implementing improvements to existing systems, teamed with a pro-active can do attitude to preventative maintenance.

Job Description

As a Hydraulics Engineer you will be responsible for the following:

- Assessing functionality of current hydraulic systems
- Highlighting issues and implementing long term solutions to the hydraulic systems
- Support the management team in devising pro-active maintenance scheduling
- Installation of new hydraulic systems
- Reactive and planned duties
- Ability to support a Multi-Skilled team on both reactive and pro-active machine maintenance across the site
- Support maintenance team members to help increase skill level on site

The Hydraulics Engineer role requires candidates with experience / skills / background in:

- Apprentice trained or equivalent
- Experienced installing new hydraulic systems
- Proven track record implementing improvements to existing hydraulic systems
- Good communication skills
- Strong team player
- Proactive approach to engineering

The Hydraulics Engineer will be working a Monday to Friday 3 shift pattern (rotating earlies / lates and nights) and in return will be offered a competitive salary of £36,000 plus pension and family healthcare
