Energy Manager - National
Location: National roles with travel between Glasgow, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Luton & London
Salary: £45,000 per annum
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Energy Manager will be working in conjunction with the account director to achieve set energy targets across a portfolio of commercial property covering Scotland to London. The role is a national based role with sites based primarily in the Midlands to London region however travel will be required to the Northern portfolio.
The Energy Manager will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders including Senior Managers, Building Managers, Engineering teams and external bodies. The Energy Managers' main focus will be to deliver set energy reduction targets and to deliver innovative ways in which this can be achieved.
The Energy Manager will need to bring passion and drive to role to maximise savings that can be gained across the portfolio. This role requires an Energy Manager who is able to be innovative in their approach and can operate at the cutting edge of technology.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have;
* Full understanding of CRC (Carbon Reduction Commitment), EUETS (EU Emissions Trading Systems) and ESOS (Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme) reporting.
* Experience of energy auditing.
* Experience of working to ISO 14001 & 50001 standards.
* Experience of delivering training and coaching in energy consumption and environmental awareness
* Strong technical background - preferably within a TFM marketplace
* Budgetary management experience.
* Full UK Driving licence.
Candidates with experience of managing energy within corporate or commercial properties on a national basis are highly desirable.

This role is national with a large percentage of time being spent in London. The properties are located between Glasgow, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Luton & London
