For this role as a helpdesk administrator within an established mechanical services provider, the ideal candidate's primary role is to ensure that the maintenance departments' operational functions are carried out in an effective and efficient manner, and to provide a comprehensive and flexible contract administration to the Service and Maintenance Department.

The key responsibilities are as follows -

Telephone call handling.

Logging incoming calls into computer software system.

Coordinating the engineers and subcontractors. Allocating tasks and work.

Collation of engineer's cost sheets, timesheets and reports. Weekly Task

Collating contract reports for contract Manager

Administration of all Help Desk issues arising.

Providing Customers with feedback/updates.

Inputting data into computer system.

Booking appointments with clients.

Contract filing.

The suitable candidate will be able to take calls from existing clients and undertake the general administration for the Service and Maintenance division and control all of the maintenance, reactive and project works. Excellent telephone skills and IT skills are essential for this role.
