We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team, where you will be part of the Business Services team that ensure efficient and effective administration support is provided to our technical and professional staff across a specialist team of approximately 40 people.

As the ideal applicant you will possess a high degree of professionalism and exceptional communication skills. You will be self-motivated, well organised and confident liaising with people at all levels, have the ability to work under pressure, and be able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Key tasks include:
  • Bid support and document production utilising company templates
  • Adhering to QA procedures & formatting guidelines
  • Providing general administrative support through a variety of activities to the office
  • HR administration support to the People Manager
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in an administration role of at least 7 years
  • Advanced Word skills
  • Intermediate level with remaining MS suite
  • Experience in Document Control and working with large documents
  • Adobe InDesign (desirable)

This role is a part time role of 15 hours per week. These 15 hours can be worked over 2 or 3 three days, depending on the individuals preference. However at least 10 of the 15 hours must be worked on either Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Friday.
