GDMS has an immediate opening for a Senior Digital Systems Engineer to join our Scottsdale, AZ team. The position provides an opportunity to develop the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense and communication services. GDMS employees work closely with esteemed clients to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions. The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams to build and ensure adequate functionality of various GDMS and client technologies. The Senior Digital Systems Engineer will apply digital signal processing and digital communications theory to analyze, design, develop and test GDMS signal processing systems. The Senior Digital Systems Engineer position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field and at least 8 to 10 years of related work experience. Applicants with a Master's degree and a minimum of 6 to 8 years of related experience are also eligible. Travel may be required
Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
