About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. Job Summary
This position is contingent upon contract award, and is located in Bagram, Afghanistan.

The Repair Cycle Technician shall have sufficient experience with ES-S and Air Force repair cycle services to enable them to execute the services required, to include but not limited to monitor the Repair Cycle Asset Management List, D23/NGV905 daily to ensure effective management, assist in the management of a repair cycle asset control system, managing Found On Base (FOB), Quality Deficiency Report (QDR) programs, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), Due-in From Maintenance (DIFM), supply points, time-change, Awaiting Parts (AWP), turn-around, and local manufacture, management of the Materiel Deficiency Report (MDR)/Quality Deficiency Reporting (QDR) Program, establish and manage a TCTO function, process turn-ins of supplies and spares to ensure that repairable spares are forwarded to a repair facility and to ensure proper disposal of condemned items, serve as the LRS CC/AO designated representative to assist in the management of the repair cycle process, etc. The Repair Cycle Technician shall possess a 4K, 6K and 10K forklift license. The Repair Cycle Technician shall be familiar with manual and automated supply accounting systems, AFI 23-101 Chap 4; AFMAN 23-122, Chap 4; AFH 23-123 Vol 2 Part 1, Chap 4, AFI 23-101 Chap 5, Sect 5I; AFMAN 23-122, Chap 5 Sect 5I; AFH 23-123 Vol 2 Part 1, Chap 5, Sect 5I policies and procedures.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Work is generally conducted in an outdoor environment. Duties involve the conduct of work in the out-of-doors area with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions. Work will require lifting up to 50 lbs; stooping; climbing; prolonged standing; prolonged sitting; and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes, but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices. May be required to work an uncommon tour of duty, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Physical dexterity required. Constant use of sight abilities while operating vehicles is required. Physical dexterity is required.

Minimum Requirements

Shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience with ES-S and 2 years' experience as a Repair Cycle/Inspection experience.

Must be US National with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
