About Role We're seeking someone with a strong commercial background and a good understanding of NEC contracts to manage Severn Trent Water's Commercial relationship with external companies working on the Design, Tendering and Build of our AMP6 Capital Programme.
About You Working with our Engineering Design teams and Suppliers we are looking for someone who has a proven track record in carrying out all aspects of pre and post contract commercial/quantity surveying duties and, provide Commercial expertise to the team.
You will be the single point of contact within Severn Trent and contribute to Commercial activities relating to managing Civil Engineering Contractors and / or Consultant Engineers and their Supply Chains. This will include Commercial activities such as managing the Contract documentation, conducting Contractor Performance Reviews, Negotiations and Tenders. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the capital works sourcing strategy and frameworks.
