Technical Co-ordinator / Design Co-ordinator - West London|
My client is a first class residential developer that can offer a great career path for an ambitious Design Co-ordinator that want to really excel in their career. They cover a wide range of projects from very high end refurbishment works, retained facade on Grade II listed buildings and new build projects up to £50m. Every project will be different in nature and so present different challenges. This role will be technically challenging and offer exposure to exciting and fresh projects especially for a Technical co-ordinator level.
This innovative developer are seeking an experienced Technical Co-ordinator with the following:
- Experience of working for an architectural practice, main contractor or developer.
- Can work well within a team and take direction well
- Very ambitious and wants to progress to go on to be a strong Technical Manager
- At least 4 years market experience
- A great working attitude
