If you are looking for a new position please give me a call as I am recruiting for a Manager for a specific role in Central Kent fitting out 60 flats for an up an coming developer of residential projects.
The company have recently delivered both new build and conversion of office / commercial space into high quality residential dwellings in Kent and London receiving high praise for quality and attention to detail. They are now looking to bring in another Site manager to oversee a particular Kent project with a view to progression and taking on one of the upcoming Kent projects in the pipeline as a number one Manager.
Candidates are require to have CSCS and SMSTS qualifications and prior experience of fit out of residential projects. Being based in Kent would be ideal.
The client is willing to pay circa £48 - £52k plus package and can be flexible according to the individual.
