Technical Co-ordinator / Design Co-ordinator - Leading Developer - £300m Project - London|
Our client is a leading Developer operating London and the rest of the UK. They are renowned for their large scale regeneration developments that are having a major impact on the London area. They are seen as one of the leaders in London living and always a step ahead of their competitors. Growth plans are endless with this business; they are known for hiring very talented construction professionals and promoting within if employees really prove themselves.
This particular role is for a Technical Co-ordinator to work on a new phase of a £500m residential lead project. You will work alongside another Technical Co-ordinator and report into a Technical Manager that will be leading this particular phase. The phase of the projects is 8 storeys high and 400 units; however other parts of the projects go up to 28 stories. The Technical Director has a proven track record of getting the most out of his staff, he is passionate about developing careers and seeks to hire design professionals that are ambitious and want to stay with the company for the long term.
The successful Technical Co-ordinator will have the following:
* Residential experience
* RC frame experience (preferable)
* A construction related degree
* Ambitious & a 'can do' attitude
* Can work well under pressure
