Our Ceilings and Partitions business is looking for a Senior QS to join the team in London, with opportunity of travel to Midlands and Cambridgeshire.
To undertake all responsibilities in line with company policies and IMS procedures. This includes adhering to the Code of Conduct, Contract Performance Procedure, Forecasting and Reporting, Project Review Management Guidelines, Risk and Opportunity Management Guidelines, Design Management Guidelines and Project Close out Guidelines.
* Be involved in business Strategy - pre and contract
* Estimating ,Valuations and Cost Reporting
* Change Management
* Trade Contractor ,Consultant and Insurance Administration
* Planning and Programming
* People Management
We're looking for:
* Experience of running projects with the Commercial Lead on large projects up to £5 million+.
* Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law
* Experience with Design and Build forms of contract
* Working towards RICS accreditation
* BSC or HND or equivalent in commercial related subject
* Relevant CSCS Card
