Our client is a reputable main contractor specialising in social housing new build. Majority of clients are counsels and local authorities, however, most recently they have ventured into the residential development sector.
Due to company expansion a position has arisen for an experienced Design Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team. The Design Co-ordinator will potentially run projects as a lead of £5m or support a Design Manager on a larger scheme. This contractor has a low staff retention rate and offers a very friendly working culture.
The successful Design Co-ordinator will posses the following:
* New Build experience
* Experience with a main contractor, architectural practice, developer
* A minimum of 3 years experience
* A stable career history
* Ambitious nature
In return this contractor can offer the following:
* A salary up to £50k basic (depending on experience)
* Car allowance
* Fuel Card
