Technical Co-ordinator / Design Co-ordinator - Home builder / Developer - West London|
Our client is a Top 5 Developer operating in London and surrounding counties. They have 75 live projects and looking to grow with the current market. They have a great reputation in the market for treating their subcontractors and staff well.
This well known developer are currently recruiting for a major project in West London consisting of 800 new build homes, retail and leisure space. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a signature scheme for the company, you will report into the Senior Design Manager who is known for mentoring Technical Co-ordinators to go on to be top Technical Managers for the company.
The successful Technical Co-ordinator will have the following:
* New Build experience
* Experience with a main contractor, architectural practice or residential developer / home builder
* RC frame experience is desirable
* Able to work with initiative
* Ambitious nature
In return this contractor can offer the following:
* A salary up to £58k basic (depending on experience)
* Car allowance circa £6k
* Health care
