Assistant Technical Co-ordinator - residential home builder - Surrey|
My client is a prestigious developer that has a £15m project in operation in the Surrey area. They are known for their delivery of high specification projects. This particular project has 2 years of construction and has many different aspects to the project. Its a very exciting project and the Senior Technical Manager has been with the business for many years and seeking some assistance with co-ordination of Structural, M&E and groundwork packages. The successful Assistant Technical Co-ordinator will have exposure to an amazing project and excellent on the job training that is critical in becoming a respected Technical Manager in this current market.
The successful Assistant Technical Co-ordinator will have the following:
* Ambitious - wanting to progress
* A passion for construction
* Degree qualified - construction related
* A minimum of 1 years experience within construction
* A positive attitude
The successful Assistant Technical Co-ordinator will receive the following:
* A salary of £25-35k depending on experience
* A company car or car allowance
* A mobile telephone and laptop
* Health care
* 23 days holiday (this improves as 1 day per every year worked)
