How would you like to develop your career as a commercial manager? This company is one of the largest residential contractors in the UK; they have a progressive and ambitious attitude within the construction and infrastructure industry.

This company with over 100 years experience and revenue of over £100 million is looking to add a Commercial Manager to their ever growing production team. They are currently involved with multiple projects in the North East including residential units finished to a very high standard.

While Overseeing a team of 6 some responsibilities include: All commercial aspects including the preparation and pricing of contracts, supporting the bid team, working with the design and delivery teams to ensure cost saving are successfully delivered.

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience as a commercial manager.
* Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor/ Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial manager of high-value contracts.
* The ability to manager high-value contractual disputes to successful conclusion.
