Due to growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a Technical Support Advisor to join a multiple award-winning company with bathroom and tiles showrooms throughout the UK. Based in Leigh, Wigan the successful Technical Support Advisor will earn £22,000.

As a Technical Support Advisor you will be a welcome member of an exciting and vibrant company. As part of the team you will be helping to achieve the company`s crazy goal of 'Being recommended by everyone`. You will work in a busy office as part of the Technical Support Team giving outstanding customer service, to resolve queries quickly and NA main duties of the Technical Support Advisor include:

- Assist both customers and internal departments providing Technical and product advice including installation advice, product queries, identification of faults and spare parts requests
- Take incoming customer calls, answer customer e-mails and process customer live chats, along with company department calls and e-mails
- Make outbound calls to customers to gather further information and/or discuss the customer query to allow a conclusion to be reached
- Empathise with customers issues
- Keep computer records up to date and complete required paperwork
- Test customer products returned for inspection and report

The successful Technical Support Advisor will have domestic bathroom installation experience. In addition, you will also possess the following skills and experience:

- Electrical installation and tiling knowledge
- An understanding of hot water systems, including combi, pumped and gravity
- Problem resolution of installations and faults
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Excellent communicate skills both written and verbal
- Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
- A team player but also able to work under own initiative
- Analytical, tenacious and an excellent problem solver
- Outstanding time keeping and attendance
- Able to work to deadlines and excellent performance under pressure
- Trustworthy, understanding and empathetic
