Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical)
Working as Quantity Surveyor you will hold the following responsibilities;
*Quality control on Costs of Retail / Non Retail projects
*Liaising with Main Contractors / Sub Contractors
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in a quantity surveying role within Mechanical Services. You will be hardworking and driven with the ability to work well in a team of Quantity Surveyor's. It is essential that you have strong communication skills both written and verbally as this role requires close liaison with Contractors on all cost issues.
