An established and one of UK`s leading residential developers is currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team in Littlehampton.|
This position is initially a temporary role but could turn permenant for the right candidate. Renowned for the quality of their developments and having a pipeline of exciting and challenging projects lined up for the next decade the career opportunities on offer cannot be surpassed.
To be considered for this role you must have a proven track record of working on large scale residential developments. The project is up to 150 units and will consist of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. New build experience is essential.
The primary requirement is experience within traditional build and timber frame. Possessing 10+ years experience and having worked with a nationally recognised developer/contractor is also advantageous.
Ideally working within the residential sector for most of your career and are looking to develop your skills and work for a major developer. People with slightly less experience but strong residential knowledge may also be considered for other roles.
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid & Scaffold inspection / awareness are all essential. Please note, only those with the skills/experience as outlined above will be contacted in relation to this opportunity.
