Inside B2B Sales Executive (Multilingual)|
£18,000 - £20,000 + Benefits - Health Insurance, Travel Insurance, Eye Care & Long Term Illness.
Our Global Client with a base in Solihull employs over 1000 staff with operations on every continent. They are a provider of ICT, connectivity and productivity solutions to corporate and large SME's across the globe.
The successful Inside B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive will;
• Manage existing B2B customer accounts and ensure completion of
business renewals for service contracts working towards KPI's and sales
targets for retention, cancellation and upgrades.
• Communicate with clients in writing and over the phone for up to 6
months before their contract renewal date to gather information and
• Present new contracts and create price quotes for renewals and
negotiate with clients to achieve maximum retention and revenue
• Act as a Business Development Executive and build strong relationships
with the existing customers.
• Manage customer expectations, handle complaints and objections.
The successful Inside B2B Sales Executive will have;
• Multilingual in English and one of the following French, Arabic, Swedish,
German or Dutch.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an internal sales executive, business
renewals representative or business development executive.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• A high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven
