UX Designer move into senior role!|
A market leading Software Company within its industry is looking to hire a UX Designer. The company is well known for developing bespoke software for the financial service industry. The business is currently experiencing huge growth and they require a UX professional to contribute to the growth of the company.
The company currently do not have a UX or UI team in place, this is the first role that is dedicated solely to a UX Designer and because of this the UX Professional is expected to take on a lead role. The existing software they have is doing absolutely incredible and is loved by its client base, however the business want to further develop the usability of the software to ensure it can be as interactive and user friendly as possible. This is where you come in, the UX professional would be tasked with conducting market research to understand what the users require from this software and to create a functional map in which lays out exactly how this software should look. You will then work with the front end team to implement the changes to the software.
This role has great importance in the company's plan to revolutionise the user experience. The company offers great opportunity to progress into a senior/managerial role or a UX Architect role. As the business is growing, they aim to invest heavily on UX/UI and grow the team further.
The requirements for the role are:
Experience with UI/UX (a minimum of 3 years)
Strong knowledge of usability principles
Experience with graphic design
Good communication and leadership skills
