We are now seeking an experienced IT Analyst to support our Baan 5 end users with the day to day running of the system. Based from our Leicester office you will be responsible for resolving all Baan issues and defects logged. This may involve liaising with our offshore teams for full resolution.
The successful candidate will also work closely with the business to develop functional specification and application solutions to ensure business requirements are fulfilled and effectiveness is increased.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive knowledge of Baan 5 applications (AP/AR/GL/Service) in either a technical or a functional role (development or support). Knowledge must include the financial aspect of Baan.
- Good Openworld and Exchange knowledge
- Strong data extraction and manipulation of data skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
