Graduate Service Delivery Manager|
Due to continued growth, our client is keen to appoint an additional Entry level Graduate SDM to manage customer relationships during the deployment of technical products to newly engaged and existing worldwide customers, and continuously improve the relationship thereafter. You may be a fresh Graduate or a Graduate with 1-2 years' experience in a Support / Help Desk Capacity within an IT environment.
Achieving new Customer delivery objectives as set by the Operations Manager
Produce and keep updated project plans for assigned projects.
Establishing good working relationships with Customers and Internal Teams
Assist with recommendation for changes and upgrades to products
Quantifiable success story with customer endorsement, showing positive business impact
Review and provide updates for product specification and functional changes
Ensure delivery of Customer projects on time and exceeding customer expectations
Graduate 2:1, ideally Business Admin, Business Management, Business with IT, Computer Science or good A levels min 2 at A or B with 2 years relevant work experience.
Great telephone manner/clear voice/excellent spoken English. Any SQL and/or Crystal Reports knowledge will be a bonus.
Able to demonstrate ability in a set skills assessment
Knowledge of IT infrastructure
Able to successfully work through a problem with limited information
Customer service background
Flexible and adaptable
Comfortable taking on a broad range of tasks
Any technical background
Keen to learn and develop, a self starter
Web development skills although not essential will be a bonus.
Supports across the team to reduce escalations and gets tasks complete
Ability to pick up complexity quickly
