Job title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer|
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000
My client is a market leading chip and software company based in Cambridge. Their clients are some of the world's most well-known PC brands and their products are found in phones, tablets and notebooks.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
* Experience in the full embedded life cycle
* Experience with implementing and specifying for system on chip products (C++, C and/or assembler)
* Knowledge of register level hardware interface code
* Experience with 32 bit embedded processors
* Experience in solving faults (software and hardware)
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
My client is looking for a motivated and career hungry individual to join their team of highly successful team of software engineers, on a Senior basis. Your role would entail supervision as well as hands on engineering and would requires you to design, develop and improve their ever evolving embedded software offering. You will have the ability to write assembler, C++ and/or C, predominantly on 32 bit processors.
