Customer Installations Delivery Manager|
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Manager with experience of leading a customer facing installation team to be a driving force on the development of the team, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring that their customers continue to receive their outstanding service. Customer-focussed, you will know the importance of providing a market leading service and understand that each individual in the team is integral to their performance. Working closely with the Customer Installation Engineers, you will implement improvement processes and encourage their personal growth. An inspirational leader, you will be ambitious to grow the team, leading the recruitment and ensuring that we have available resources to cope with the growing demand. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team meet the agreed company KPI's and develop a strategic plan for our continued growth.
To be successful in this role, you will have worked within a similar role previously and will have extensive experience of managing a customer services function. You will have a thorough understanding of implementing improvements and will be accustomed to developing and delivering outstanding customer service standards. Confident in your approach, you will be capable of chairing effective meetings at all levels within the organisation and you will have a strong sense of urgency to work and lead within a focussed, agile, productive and fast learning environment. It is essential that you are trustworthy and can deliver on promises whilst coaching and mentoring other team members within departmental standards.
