UK Client Success Director - Retail/FMCG - Nottingham

Fast growing Retail solutions provider is hiring a UK Client Success Director.

Salary: £45-65k + Benefits

You will be budget holder for UK Business Development from all existing UK clients through the successful retention of existing agreements and tasked to identify new opportunities within these customers and achieve incremental revenue from further sales of cloud-services.

This role requires significant time face-to-face with the customer as well as marshalling the delivery team to ensure both the tactical and strategical goals are being delivered for each and every customer as solutions develop. Once a system is live, you will push for continued improvement, increased engagement and become a trusted advisor by our customer's senior leadership team(s).

This role reports to the Managing Director, with regular interaction with all senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- The go-to-point for all strategic and commercial communication with UK customers;
- Liaise on product design from end use perspective;
- Where appropriate be the "customer" in product development in the context of Agile;
- Account management of existing Accounts;
- Qualify new opportunities with Sales and develop client-solutions;
- Prepare proposals in conjunction with Sales and Operations;
- Customer liaison and business escalation point during delivery and implementation;
- Establish working relationship and oversee UK Contracts;
- To act as the conduit for business Order forecasting (from UK customers);
- Global Presales support as required; and
- Provide strategic direction and leadership, activity prioritization and overall management to the client success roles and relevant project leads (supporting UK Sales and M.D).

Success Factors:
- Customer retention (and retention of renewals)
- Customer satisfaction
- Achieving Orders Target (for existing customers)
- Business performance with UK Clients (T/O and Profit)

Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a commercial role around retail (FMCG).
- Experience in a number of retailer's white label/retail brand.
- Commercial experience of selling to large retail customers.
- Consultancy for customers; understanding of the value solutions can provide.
- Quantifiable track record of solution selling (ideally in a software scenario).
- Highly driven and able to sustain effective activity levels.
- Experience of setting, reporting on and delivery of order budgets from existing accounts.

Salary: £45k to £65k (based on candidate and relevant experience)
