A fantastic opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to work as part of a talented team based in Lichfield. This organisation has gone from "strength to strength" over the years and now have over 200 members of staff working within their head office.|
They are looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide appropriate technical support for all IT users and to carry out visits to the company`s locations. You can also expect to be carrying out training for company employees when necessary whilst working very closely with a team of 5 support staff.
They will be looking for individuals with at least 2 years experience in 1st/2nd line support. You must have proven experience in Windows 7/server 2008/2012 and other related Microsoft products. They will be looking for working knowledge of Windows 7 and Office 2010.
Attitude and character go a long way within this business and they will only consider individuals with a passion and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent communication skills will also be a trait they will be strongly looking for as you can expect to liaise with clients on a regular basis.
